Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Weekly housekeeping services is provided for free and daily housekeeping is available for a fee; towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk. Guests can use the on-site laundry facilities at the East Rutherford Extended Stay America. Copy and fax services are available at the front desk. Lower Manhattan is 12 miles away. The Meadowlands Exposition Center is 10 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property.

The staff was rude. We called the front desk for an extra blanket & were told we they would look for one they never came with a blanket. I called back & the person who answered the phone hung up on me. This hotel is an absolute disgrace in every way.

The room smelled like dog urine. If you are offering a pet friendly hotel, you should have flooring that is easy to clean and wont leave a residual smell.

Very old building, bathroom with leaks, questionable cleanliness. I asked to change my room because the bathroom was filling with water and they couldn't do it.

Check in at 1500. Room not even cleaned at 1500. Waited half hour while event we were headed to already started.

Nothing the heat didnt really work , phone didnt work , there were no cups in room shower had hair in it waiting in lobby for almost an hour their computers kept shutting down

It was hard to tell what I liked, because there were too many things when I arrived that I didnt like. I was treated rudely from the staff twice the same person, a girl who is refusing to give me the Wi-Fi, and who refused to check us in bc on the phone

There was an incredible line, waiting for people to check in, and the staff was useless

The room was unable to be stayed in. There were bugs flying around the room, bed bugs seen crawling on the walls, and stains on the cabinets and mirrors. The room smelled and like it was never cleaned. I would not stay there and had to get another hotel.

It was conveniently located between NY City and Metlife Stadium.

First floor room facing back of building and window was wide open when we checked in. Room was freezing and there was NO way to lock the window. I had to prop my suitcase as a stopper. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and granola bars. Door was loose and lock was broken. I could never recommend this place and will never stay again.
