Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The location was the best part of my experience. My family and I visited Dream Water Park at the American Dream Mall which was only 10 minutes from this hotel.
Negatives:
The first floor hallway was dirty had not been vacuumed or swept. We booked two rooms, they was old and outdated, the Kitchen appliances was rusted, the bathrooms was nasty tubs still had residue in them. Our bathrooms had not been cleaned at all and one of the rooms you could tell the trash had been dumped but the bag had not been replaced. Asked to switch rooms I was told they were fully booked and provided me with travel packs of Lysol wipes to clean the bathroom myself because they had no additional cleaning supplies. We had to buy cleaning products from Walmart and dined outside the facility before we could take showers.

When l arrived to check in, l have been charged twice separately as you can see in attach for both rooms because at the desk the very professional lady (Brianna) said she didn't see prouve of payment for both rooms.
By this email, l am requesting as soon as possible the refund of 640,64 PLN + 3,86 USD or the total refund of both payment here in attach...
