Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Tinton Falls

Negatives: Hotel smelled like weed. The rooms are falling apart. Floor popping up, rusty etc.

Negatives: The inside was awful, there was bloodstains on the ripped carpet, the look was broken, the coffee maker didn’t work, They gave us 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 3 people. The place was really dirty. We booked the place cause it had a pull out bed. Unfortunately, they didn’t give us pillows, sheets, or a blanket for the pull out. So we had to share one of the Full size beds. The TV didn’t work. They had a air freshener hung on the wall. It fell and hit my friend on her head. I would like a refund.

Negatives: Run down and needs updating. Weird hole in the floor filled with debris. No remote for the TV, had to go ask for one. Breakfast was not great. Juice machine and waffle maker out of order. Pool was not open. Needed extra towels and staff was not helpful at all. Second night we returned after a concert and had to go all the way around the property to get to our room because there were multiple police cars in the parking lot.

Negatives: The bed was very uncomfortable. Our backs were very stiff in the next morning. The room was gross, dirty walls, rusted tub, it was like hotel management was very lazy on making it look nice.

Negatives: Dirty and run down and bugs

Negatives: Guy at the desk was nasty, temperature gauge for room was broken at 77 degrees and became too hot to even sleep in, asked the front desk for another room because it was too hot and he told me no, the tv remote for one of the tv was broken and has to go to the front desk for a new one, no ice machine, lock on door handle in bottom bed room was broken, no pots or pans to cook with but had spatulas and kitchenware, absolutely horrible experience and will never spend another dollar at any of these locations. Not just me also my WHOLE party. Social media is a very powerful thing.

Negatives: The pool wasn't available, but was only a short drive to the beach, so I guess it worked out.

Negatives: Buildings were old, run down, smelled of smoke, broken down cars in parking lot, police circling, did not feel safe.

Negatives: No light bulbs in the room. I was told I had to wait till the next day to obtain light bulbs. The food served on the breakfast buffet was cold. If this issue is not addressed, someone will get sick. To replace the toilet paper in the bathroom, guests have to request a fresh roll from the front desk.

Negatives: To much police activity. House keeping does not come to replenish fresh toiletries etc… ppl who are visiting should be separated from those who live on property.

Negatives: roaches in the room and nothing in the room work welfare hotel do not book this hotel you will be sorry
