I/we always like the location of the hotel, but the hotel is losing its finesse.
Negatives:
We did not like the odor of the floor we were on. There was a rolling chair in the room that was ripped to shreds, and barely rolled. The toilets are way to close to the floor. There are no exhaust vents in the bathroom. No toilet paper, & very little paper towels. The sheets for the pull out bed were stained, and dirty. Coffee area in the dining room was dirty. Coffee & water were not hot. Messy, unsanitary counters. Floor in front of the counters were filthy, & sticky.

Room was cool & clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Pool was in a nice location where you get full sun for hours and was clean. Staff was accommodating upon our request for a late checkout

Person at front desk wasnt as professional. I wasnt greeted with a warm welcome and the instructions of where my room was or where the elevators were located wasnt offered until I asked. (It was my first time visiting). The breakfast wasnt good at all. Eggs were terrible (and not fresh but you can tell were processed) there was no other protein around 8am. It would be great if herbal teas were available in rooms besides just black caffeinated tea as well as a frying pan and mixing bowl for kitchenette

We were very pleased with the hotel. The continental breakfast was very good and fresh. The room was big and clean. The bed was okay, pillows were tolerable. The dog park was clean and a nice place to walk our dog. Other dogs were friendly. Staff is nice and friendly too. Front desk was welcoming each time we entered. Secure side doors throughout. I'd recommend staying here with or without pets.

The bed was okay a bit softer than I like. The bed pillows, I'm picky with my neck injury so it wasn't so great. I slept well though. There really wasn't anything bad to write about.
