After Saturday, Jul 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The manager and all his staff were super friendly, helpful, welcoming. Plenty of hot water in the sinks & shower.

Negatives: It was a little lacking in cleanliness, and should have provided kitchen/dish-washing soap & sponges, given that there was a kitchenette for cooking.

Negatives: The room smelled of piss, the hallway stunk, and it needs a good shampooing or the carpet removed. The linen was not changed, and I found hair in the bed. We requested towels the next day because housekeeping didn't remove the dirty linens, and we were told there were no clean towels or washing clothes in the facility.
