Positives: The staff were amazing,Camille went far and beyond to make our stay exceptional and the other ladies at the front desk. Room was nice,clean and Big. Would definitely be staying there again. Big mall across the road was a bonus.

Positives: I want to say I really appreciated my stay with Homewood Suites. I was very nervous about my booking due to booking threw a third party, but it worked out so well. When I arrived at the hotel my booking was slightly incorrect. I booked 2 rooms with booking.com and when I called to reconfirm my stay It was confirmed that I had 2 room but upon arrival The actual hotel only had me booked for 1 room. I had guest coming to both rooms so instantly panicked. Elvis was super helpful super calm and super accommodating. He agreed to book me another room to match my booking reservation. He answered every question I had during my little worried session I had with myself. What people don't understand is listening to someone goes a long way. Elvis was very patient he didn't get upset he did express how booking usually does have complications here and there but like he really was patient and just helped me enjoy my stay. When he helped me with my check in, I really feel like my stay was above and beyond from there which was just the beginning. The room was beautiful very clean I have never had a full kitchen set up at any of my hotel stays. The normal is just like a fridge and a microwave NOT at Homewood Suites they hook you up. The room I booked had a whole stove area too cook if needed the showers were clean and I loved how the shower gel was sulfate free. I had a few kids with me stay over for my daughter's 11th birthday sleepover and being that I had a variety of different little ones with me, and everyone uses different things to wash the shower gel choice here just proved to me the Homewood Suites took time to consider ALL customers down to health shower gel. I was very happy and comfortable with my stay. I didn't even know this hotel was located in the area and its really Nice. OH & to add they gave a nice pool and a beautiful fire pit section where grills can be used, so if a family packed to prepare, they have provided an area for that.
