MY CRDIT CARD WAS COMPROMISED.. I CALLED AND TOLD THE MANAGER TO KICK THE WOMAN OUT!!!!

They upgraded a lot of the hotel. Better then the one in East Brunswick.

They could have better food options at the dinner within the hotel.

The comfort of the bed and the aestethic of the hotel.

The incompetent staff. I had to check over am hour late because they said I didn't pay ahead of time when I did indeed, pay ahead of time. After having a liason talk to them over the phone. They realized I was telling the truth. The TV did not work and the engineer came in in spite of the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. My sleep was broken multiple times. There was also a fire alarm.
