Positives:
Good location nearby the airport.
Negatives:
Superlack of proffesionalism from the crew. Room wasn’t ready and we had to wait with the whole family in the lobby for 30 minutes. After a transatlantic flight, not what you’re looking for.
We had to carry up alle the bags ourselves because there was no bell-boy available.
We had to make up the sleeping bed sofa for our kids ourselves since no staff available.

Positives:
Location near Newark airport, easy parking, safe and with a large room and comfortable bed. Included buffet breakfast was a nice addition.
Negatives:
Staff is rude (this seems common in the NY area), the sofa bed in which my daughter was supposed to sleep on didn’t have sheets and there was no one to help - she had to sleep with us in our bed, which was a king size at least.
