Positives: Calling booking,com to discuss the issue and next steps. Been many stays and dont know if it was hotel or booking.com process Have many stays, and never had an issue before.
Negatives: I had a confirmed confirmation with booking,com. late arrival, when we reached the property... told NO ROOM. The front desk did not offer any support/assistance to find another room@1am. Told to confirm with property verbally before arrival. :(
