Compared to the prices being charged in Manhattan in December, this is a great deal.
Negatives:
Downside of low price: you need a car to get to it, and access to NYC involves a $15+ toll over the GWB.
TV was old and not set up with a guide (and no channel guide in the room either). Punched in a number to try to skip to higher channels and screwed it up, had to call the front desk to have somebody get it back on!

the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. facilities were clean and i enjoyed my stay.

my first night someone slammed their door at 3am and woke me up. the second night my AC made a loud sound that also woke me up at around 4. both sounds were quite terrifying as a solo traveler but i overall enjoyed my stay!
