Not a great place to stay except spacious parking

The staff was not courteous. Especially the manager who was rude and non cooperative. I booked a room for 3 adults including breakfast. It clearly mentioned in the confirmation that the price calculated is on the basis of 3 guest inclusive breakfast however the manager offered me breakfast only for 2 guests and argued with me. He did not even want to look at the confirmation mail and asked me that I should have booked through them directly and asked me that they will not honour what booking.com offers. I tried explaining him but he insisted that I pay for 3rd breakfast. He accepted the charges as calculated by booking.com but refused to give me 3rd breakfast for all 3 days. His arguing with me at the reception was embarassing for me in front of other people and caused lot of harassment. The 3rd adult had to be without breakfast for all 3 days. He had no courtesy to deal with a customer.
Bookin.com and Hotel crown plaza on account of deficient services to a customer and for having caused such immense harassment are liable to refund me the entire booking amount and also liable for compensation for the harassment caused to me. Booking.com should also consider black listing the property from their portal. If such be the situation then no one would have any trust in what booking.com offers and confirms. Apart from defeciency in services, it would also amount to cheating as by mis-representing that breakfast for 3 people would be offered I was induced me to make the booking which was never offered to me. Strict action is required in this regard.

Liked room size. Lighting good. Our room had a nice sofa and coffee table. Coffee maker was good. The room refrigerator was also good.
Negatives:
The air conditioning worked well. However, when on it blows toward the room desk. Anyone sitting at the desk will be cold while the air conditioning is on.

I love the room how clean it was. I enjoyed the hand soap and lotion. They smelled very good. The staff was very friendly and the pool was nice and clean! I was also thankful that I was placed in the third-floor having a dog with easy access was really nice.

Paying more than the final price stated when I booked my hotel room. I was overcharged. I was given a standard room with double queen beds when I requested a king bed. I paid to switch to king bed but upon arrival they gave me a room with 2 queen beds. Likely after I was told that they sold out of rooms with king bed, and after I insisted that I paid more to be switched to a room with a king bed, they finally got back to me when I was already in the room with 2 queen beds and said they found a room available with one king bed. I don't know what was all that about but I felt that they tried to play tricks and I was disappointed.
