I actually worked front desk for 20 yrs and I experienced one person during my stay that was not friendly at all. Not sure what her name was. But it was not Mary and not Joley. She seemed racist and she needs to take a class.

It was incredibly noisy. There were people running in the hallways all night the breakfast area. The next morning was a circus. The pool was overcrowded with children parties. We couldn’t use any of the facilities. It was an absolute mess.
Negatives:
When I spoke to Customer Service in the morning at the desk, the manager at the desk said OK will note your account and never tried to do anything to make me feel better about the fact that I was a Bomboy member and that this room was and the accommodations were substandard they actually said well you should’ve seen how crowded it was down here 20 minutes ago Like that’s a consolation It was horrific
