The room was larger than a typical hotel. But we paid a little extra for it. The staff was freindly.

The breakfast was nothing special. Pretty much a continental with some powdered eggs and some french toast sticks. Had much better at other hotels at this same level. Parking was a little tight.

The pool was closed which upset me. I chose the hotel because it had a pool, which I need to do aquatherapy for my back. I a bit deceived, I would have gone to a different hotel had I known this in advance.

The pool was down before I checked in and I didnt find out until the next day. Also was going to be down my entire stay. I didnt enjoy my stay because the pool was the reason I booked with Hyatt.

So not only was I charged an additional $392.56 their was black mold in the bathroom the room was in shambles ripped rug tore up and chewed bathroom door. Room smelled so musty I had to get air fresheners and now I have a sinus infection from the mold.

I know the zoning of the hotel would be very difficult to change but it very scary and dangerous coming out of the parking lot at zero miles to join four lanes of traffic with cars making over 50 miles.

The hotel entrance road is on the highway, so entering and exiting is difficult and dangerous.

The staff working here is exceptional. They are caring, thoughtful and professional. Very responsive to my needs.
Negatives:
The mattress was really worn out. I would have preferred one that was not so used. It also had an odor that was unpleasant. The staff did a really good job each day when making my bed - they must have noticed the unpleasant odor - they sprinkled some light scented oil on the bed which was delightful for a while but the odor did break through eventually each night.
