Clean and pleasant, fine for a short stay. But overall not bad for the price. Staff was friendly and professional.
Negatives:
A few annoying things, like no towel bars in the bathroom and shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Cannabis odor in the hallways was strong at times.

location was fine -- not near much, but not far from much either.

Location on a divided but effectively 1-way highway was a bit inconvenient, but nothing to really worry about. Just might find yourself making a u-turn through a neighborhood.
Wifi was sub-par, its not 2010 anymore. you shouldnt expect to be watching even youtube on this internet (it drops to 480p)
Due to age, carpeting, and general upkeep, didn't really feel clean at any point. Definitely regretted getting my bare feet anywhere near the a/c system, the ground felt....sticky. That in turn made everything feel just a little bit gross.
Parking was fine, but poorly lit, and between the lighting and the smokers it didn't feel 100% safe even though realistically it probably was. A few extra lights in the lot would be cheap and go a long way.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. The fridge and microwave were convenient. Staff was accomodating. Parking in front was also a plus.

The corridors smelled all the time (too many people smoking weed, despite the no-smoking signs)
