Positives: The King Room was large and very clean. The hotel was very well kept and the staff was very pleasant. I asked for wake up calls every morning of my stay which the desk clerk on duty happily obliged.

Negatives: On one of the days I left for work and came back with my room having not been cleaned and the housekeeper placed my "Do Not Disturb" tag on my door as if I had put it there for her not to clean my room. I left $10 tip on the days she would clean my room so didn't understand why she didn't want to clean it that day.

Positives: I did not get sleep for 2 nights. People next to me wouldn't stop with slamming doors. The front desk people are useless. I had a big problem when I checked in with the rude front desk girl. It seems like everyone here does nothing to give peaceful quality stay and allows anything to go on here. It's very cheap place so there aren't mostly quality quests but you would think front desk would do something. One night tv went out and some guy was paceing in front of my room. I called front desk numerous times and noone answered . Imagine if it was very serious. The elevators always smell like pot. I was locked out of my room twice. This place needs a complete over hall and new employees. Maybe the new ceo will make changes.
