Between Monday, Sep 30th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Close to the event we were visiting for.

Negatives: No one knows what they’re doing around there. The morning after check in we went for breakfast in the lobby and the staff stated we needed “a special card to participate in breakfast and it should’ve been given to us during check in.” Ok whatever no breakfast for us. So I call later that day to extend our stay another day and the woman tells me we’re all set, payment is done, and there is no “card” for breakfast, we can go to lobby and grab breakfast during their allotted time. Ok weird. We leave the hotel and come back and our room keys are not working. Apparently this woman I spoke to is nonexistent, the reservation was not and will not be extended. What kind of place are you running here? They need to get their business in order. Would not recommend to anyone.

Positives: The location was just perfect for me. It was quiet and close to a lot of service outlets. Also, it was close to family and friends, so visiting them was pretty easy.

Negatives: The bathing soap was not so good. Also, no body lotion was provided, only a shampoo. The cleaning routine should be reduced to once in three days instead of weekly cleaning.

Negatives: Damned dog barking out in the back parking lot at midnight, RUH-RUH-RUH-RUH for over ten minutes, never heard owner trying to keep it quiet...I called down to front desk and complained in full detail...The barking stopped after another 10 minutes after my call. Then, the morning I'm leaving, there is a sheet of paper with handwritten in marker, "ELEVATOR OUT OF SERVICE." I was engaged at that, as I had a big gondola load of luggage that needed to go down 3 floors (I was in Romm 311 I'm sure you see that! I simply disregarded that and used the elevator without any problem...Now you tell me why management did such a thing????
