The staff and management were incredibly attentive, accommodating and kind. The pool was great for the kids too.

We were only in town...
Positives:
Room was freshly painted and the beds we comfy and A/C worked great. We were in town for a softball tournament and so just stayed a night and made do. Pool looked nice but we did not have time to use it.

Well, we arrived, and I stood at the front desk for about 10mins till someone showed up to check in. There was no bell to ring or anything to get anyone's attention. Check in was fast and easy. Then got to our room and renovations were being done to the hotel which I'm sure will make it better in the future. But both windows in our room, the cranks did not work, and the one window was open when we got to our room. I tried a bunch of ways to shut it but being on 2nd floor I was limited. We took pictures and went to show the gentleman at the front desk, so that we did not get blamed for any damage.

Negatives:
This place is absolutely horrible. I would like my money back, they charge as if it's actually a hotel. It's a rent by the hour motel. Front desk was horrible. The room was disgusting. I only stayed here because of their pet policy but the people who live at the hotel were so sketchy I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog so my partner ended up staying in the room and missing my aunt's funeral. The whole reason we were in town. Stains and cigarette burns on the sheets and curtains. Coffee maker I'm was broken, only 2 outlets worked, toilet leaked. Shower/bathtub was disgusting. I have traveled all over the world I am not picky but this place was a dump.

Positives:
No breakfast unless you bought it at the attached Hooters. No coffee, tea or anything in the lobby. They do accept dogs but at a charge of $10 per day per dog.
Negatives:
There were gouges all over the walls as well as scribbling in the drawers. No hangers, TV didn't work on several occasions, one roll of toilet paper for two days and two people, no bath mat, you needed to be Hercules to pull the bathtub water faucet, stain on the bed spread........Just dreadful.

The view from our room faced the back of a Hooters with beer kegs laying around. My wife wouldn't use the shower. The bathroom door and the wall behind it had holes. Bags of garbage sitting around an outside garbage can.
