I told them about a broken toilet seat through the house keeping on my second day and NOTHING was adjusted. I told the young man, (who is the best staffer there) last night and explained that I had told housekeeping two days ago. He made note at that moment. Frankly he was excellent, but no one else even cared.

Close to our venue. Drew University. Grand daughters Field Hockey Saturday and Sunday.

Disappointed with the TV Chanel selections. Direct TV contract dispute so no ESPN Chanels and no YES Network. Parking a little complex for older generations. QR CODE and all needed receptionist to walk thru the registration. Not a huge problem but easier at many places to just check in and park.

The 420 friendly smell seems to come and go. Not cool for kids. Also the bar could stay open a bit later.

They charge $10 a day for parking, which is ridiculous for a suburban hotel with a huge parking lot. The fee was waived because I was a new guest, but as much as I loved the hotel, I won’t stay again because of the fee.
