Positives: Location.
Negatives: Had to wait 2 hours after check-in to be able to get to our room. The room smelled like cat piss. The refrigerator and freezer did not work. Asked for housekeeping to come every other day, and it never came. Had to call down for fresh towels and wash rags. Didn't get sent up. So 3 hours later, I went down to the desk to ask for them again and asked to be put on the cleaning list the next day since they skipped us.. Said we will be added.. The next day, nothing. Had to put a sign on the door begging for housekeeping to clean our room. The manager saw it during his rounds and brought us up fresh linens (had to make our own beds), garbage bags, and towels. Also, parking was on-site, but apparently they started charging $10 per day (not included in price) which they force you to pay in advance right at the front desk before they allow you to go to your room. This was a totally different experience since last year. Then, at check out, they tried to charge me an additional $320 when I had a rate and paid it in full. I will never book this hotel again.
