Positives: Really wonderful staff, friendly, helpful, and efficient. We particularly love Ms. Clarise the receptionist and Paula who serves at the bar. All of the staff are generally congenial and pleasant.

Negatives: I couldn't think of anything except that we needed to take an Uber to go to New York.
