Negatives: The cleanliness of the room . Better bedding. The room needed a paint job . The room did not have a fire alarm.

Negatives: Location on highway so no where to walk but I think that's just the area

Negatives: Could have been cleaner with stains not being all over towels the sheets being ripped on the bed the bugs not being there. Could use a little update. Other than that traffic was pretty busy it was hard to sleep. Reaching out to booking with your concerns about bugs is a joke they offer you $50 I just don't feel like that's reasonable. It is what it is. I'm pretty sure that they were bed bugs I feel like booking should have taken it more seriously they made me wait a week for a response. And then offered $50. I would just be careful while coming to this location make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies. I'm sure they do clean but obviously photos say a million different things. There's rips in the sheets there were stains you don't really know if they were clean I would recommend bringing your own towels. Maybe even your own sheets

Negatives: There were bugs in the room it wasn't clean there's a bunch of stained towels I tried to reach out to booking which is where I did my accommodations through and they offered me $50 it's kind of gross that I feel like booking takes it is such a joke. Even with pictures being sent in I feel like this location could definitely improve and so could bookings customer service it took them a week to offer me $50 I just don't feel like that is acceptable at this point.

Negatives: They have roaches

Negatives: Bugs, spiders in the room

Negatives: The shelf in shower won’t hold bar soap. Floor transition, the skews were up. Hurt when stepped on.

Negatives: TV didn't really work, microwave sparked and almost caught fire, I told them about it and asked for a replacement that we never got. Room service goes around starting at like 8 am and wakes everyone up whether knocking on the door until you open it, or rolling the noisy carts around. Sometimes standing outside the room and chatting. (we were in town for a music festival, so being up early after a late night isn't fun). Alarm clocks weren't set but would randomly make loud noises, we just unplugged them. The place is pretty dirty, room included. Towels weren't clean and shower was yellow, dust every where. towel racks about to fall off the wall. Spots on the wall where paint is different from them painting around mirrors and other things that used to be there but are no longer there. A room service lady followed us to our car asking for money and just stood and stared at us.

Negatives: Cost and a breakfast.

Negatives: Being double charged and getting the run around from the property.

Negatives: I do not usually write reviews, but today I will be giving one. I booked this hotel reservation for a funeral on September 2 to the third by accident on Booking.com. I kindly called Booking.com to see if they can cancel the reservation because the funeral was on the third. They said that they would have to send in a refund request to red roof free hotel to see if they will approve the waiver fee .after calling Booking.com. I called the hotel itself and they said that they would waver it. After that, I continue to book on Booking.com for the correct dates September 3 toSeptember 4 And paid $126.76. On arrival on September 3, we decided to check in before going to the body viewing at the cemetery five minutes away from the hotel in freehold. I walk into the building and I told the man I was checking in. It was a young boy with a blue polo shirt he said can I have your ID? I gave him my ID And then he continues to ask me did I book my booking on Booking.com | said yes and then he said OK you can Insert your card. Without telling me a reason, so I said, why am I inserting my card for the same amount of the room that I paid for on Booking.com and I had a confirmation number and it took money out of my card. he said Booking.com was and didn't receive the money as I would have to pay for the room upon arrival which was not notified to me. I've never had this problem when booking on Booking.
