Negatives: The whole place smells terrible. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room instead. Even though they switched the room, it took hours and made me walk around with all my luggage. Definitely not worth it.

Positives: The woman at the front desk checking in was kind and helpful.
Negatives: My door was painted shut, causing me to go back to the front desk The floor was so filthy, my feet were black. I couldnt even shower because the water was brown, causing me to have to miss work.

Positives: There was no breakfast that we knew of. I definitely would not have even eaten it!! The place is infested with roaches!!! Disgusting!!! I would never stay again!!

Negatives: Unsanitary conditions throughout the building ! Filthy carpet in all the hallways. The carpet on the steps to the second floor was torn, missing, filthy, filthy, filthy. The door on the room would not open because it was soo warped. The bedding looked as if it was never ever washed. Pillows were torn on the ends so the stuffing was coming out.
