There is nothing positive.
Negatives:
The apartment and the AC was dirty, smelled dirty, was not cleaned any day of the 7 days I was staying. There was a lot of marijuana smell in the hallways and also a lot of noise. The lamps did not work and both the apartment, as the furniture need a renovation.

The check in and check out process was quick and efficient and The beds were made, and you could see the attempted effort to modernize the hotel and its rooms, which I applaud.
Negatives:
There were various people that seemed to be hanging around outside. The walls were so thin you could hear just normal conversation in the rooms on either side of you. First night there , we were welcomed by a bug crawling up the wall. The hallway had a weird wet carpet smell. The tub and shower curtain were dirty. It appeared to be mold in the grout. The metal bathroom fixtures were rusting and the tub had paint chipping. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. Its okay for a place to just lay your head at night .

The staff was very unprofessional and had children in the reception area and was very rude to the bookings receptionist that was trying to resolve the issue of payment and I was inconveniences waiting over 4 hours in the lobby and I will not be coming back to this establishment.
