I didn’t like the long wait to check - in I didn’t like that they assumed I drove and charged me never asked … I didn’t like that some of the towels had stains on them and I also didn’t like that the shower was a lil broken .

When we arrived the front desk attendant was far from welcoming. She acted as if she was annoyed we were there. The room had a weird odor and the filters were not placed back into the AC. The window looking outside was not cleaned and had handprints and smears all over it. I booked through booking.com so I was already charged through them. I was then charged $23 dollars for (I assume parking with taxes?) and charged another $90 for I’m not sure what. I was aware of a $75 hold on my card for incidentals and the $20 parking would come out of that. I was aware it would be reimbursed. The charges I incurred do not match what I was charged.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. My only disappointment was I had to pay $22.00 to park on premises of a hotel I paid to stay at. Out of all the motels I have ever stayed at I have never had to pay for parking.

Size of room, bed, generally the room was not an issue. Clean and quiet!
Negatives:
Sadly, the breakfast was a mixed bag- room had tables with mess on and you had to clean them yourself, people were filling their coffee cups to take away so had to wait over 20 minutes for coffee ( solution easy - buy another coffee holder! ) we had to inform the desk, who were quick, then the coffee holder was taken, filled up and brought back in which time more people needed coffee! We didn't get a second cup because people were just waiting and it needed to be refilled! (Dead easy to solve!)... That said they made a pot of porridge that was excellent ( not from a microwave packet)... good selection of fruit, pastries, bread and waffles.
