I didn't like anything about my stay. I had roaches crawling on me. I had shit water to touch my ass. The refrigerator didn't work. There was no tissue in the room. The carpet was filthy, and you could smell that it was filthy. Call the front desk several times and was told several times that someone was coming to assist us, and no one showed up.
Negatives:
The customer was horrible, and the breakfast was half cooked and cold. The room was filthy with roaches. The carpet was funky, and the bathroom faucet was broke. The refrigerator was not getting cold, and we had to buy our own tissue because the front desk never serviced the room with any.

The train was running all night, the pool was closed for maintenance, the $22 for parking but they are not responsible for damage or theft or someone breaking into your vehicle. The extra $150 hold on my card. No real garbage can in the room.

We liked the price and complimentary breakfast.

When we arrived the front desk attendant was far from welcoming. She acted as if she was annoyed we were there. The room had a weird odor and the filters were not placed back into the AC. The window looking outside was not cleaned and had handprints and smears all over it. I booked through booking.com so I was already charged through them. I was then charged $23 dollars for (I assume parking with taxes?) and charged another $90 for I’m not sure what. I was aware of a $75 hold on my card for incidentals and the $20 parking would come out of that. I was aware it would be reimbursed. The charges I incurred do not match what I was charged.
