We prepaid and they still tried to put a hold on our visa for full price of room. On check out they charged us again for the hotel room and we had to go back and get them to amend.

Negatives:
I had two rooms - in the first the shower floor was not clean and an unsecured shade trim fell down in the wee hours. Staff was great about transferring me though. The lobby and restaurant were mighty loud.
