Positives:
It was a very nice stay. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well designed (actual look is a little bit worse comparing to what can be seen on pictures but only a little bit). Beds, and pillows are quite nice (they look too soft in the beginning but, in the end, we slept very well). Air conditioning is very efficient. Water station in the lobby of the hotel is an excellent idea. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is much better to live in Jersey City than in Manhattan (not even mentioning other areas of New York). It is safer, cleaner, and you are getting much more for the same price than you can get in New York. Simultaneously, you can reach Manhattan swiftly using PATH trains (Grove Street station is just behind the corner). In addition, the hotel is located in the center of Jersey City what means, among others, that there is a wide variety of restaurants in the nearby (also for breakfast if you do not want to use hotel's canteen).
Negatives:
Air conditioning was very loud. It was impossible to use it overnight. Luckily, we did not need it so it has not spoiled our stay.
There were some serious problems with electrical installation in the room. Strictly speaking with sockets. Some of them did not work, Some of them were installed in the wrong way (you can feel electrostatical discharge!). Fortunately, in USA, voltage is 110V and not 220V...
We had a serious problem with check-in. We have informed the hotel that we would arrive at around 5PM. In the end we have arrived at 7PM (delayed flight) but our room was not ready. We had to wait for about 15 minutes. It does not seem bad but it really is when you are exhausted after 20-hours travel.

The front desk provided an amazing client experience and went beyond the line. I asked for a late checkout due to a meeting and front desk was able to accommodate and helped me to have an easy checkout. I am really impressed with all client mindset. Amazing

Liked the esthetic and the location. Staff helpful in getting forms I needed printed.
Negatives:
Fire alarms went off several times- all false alarms. The staff didn’t know how to stop them after they indicated they were false alarms. One time early in the morning and one time mid afternoon. All we received was an apology and only when mentioning the inconvenience. Breakfast buffet was too expensive for what it provided.
