I reserved the executive room for two nights, but the air conditioner never worked appropriately. After staying in the freezing room for two hours, the hotel finally downgraded me to a warmer standard room with an oral agreement of 235 USD on the second night. However, when I checked out, the manager raised the price of the second night to 249 USD, and denied any lower price promised by the previous staff. I trusted the brand of Hilton and chose to stay in this hotel, but the experience is the real nightmare……

Excellent spacious room with very comfortable bed and well designed bathroom and hanging space. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location was close to the PATH for quick access to Manhatten and to nice eateries.
