Lovely large and clean rooms...

New property and close to public transportation.
Negatives:
I made the reservation for a king room in January 2024 for a May 2024 for my elderly parents. When we checked-in, the hotel said that the confirmation they received from Booking.com did not specify king room and they only had rooms with two queens. They said they were sold out for the time of their stay and there wasn't anything they could do. This was very disappointing since the booking had been made so far in advance and they didn't offer any sort of accommodation or help to resolve, even after showing proof of my reservation. Booking.com was not helpful either. The only response I received from Booking.com was that they were looking into it and could I take a picture of the room. No further communication.
