I was pleased with the attentiveness of the staff. Maintenance came to try and fix the tv at midnight, which was impressive. I also loved the location. Room was clean when we came in.

Hotel was ideally located to Metlife Stadium (20 min car ride) and Time Square (20 min train ride). Overall room was clean, bed was comfortable but it did not have an ironing board.

When I first arrived I noted a few of the bath towels were stained. The staff did clean towels up but it was disgusting to see.

The hallway leading to the room was filthy. The carpet was full of stains. The room itself had issues with: Bathroom (shower tile had mildew). The HVAC (heater didn't work) - The front desk was advised. They offered to bring me a space heater; which never arrived. There were some guests that were slamming doors and shouting in the hallway at 3:30 am - 4:00am. Called for security. After the 3rd time, the guests finally complied and decided to be mindful of their noise level. Was able to finally get sleep, although I was freezing, at 5:00am.
