Positives:
Friendly staff on reception area, always willing to help.
The view from the hotel was lovely.
Easy access to Sunway, boat crossing.
Walking distance to coffee shops, and places to eat.
Hotel gave a list of restaurants near by and some even delivered to hotel if people needed that option.
Had a lovely India meal just few minutes walk from hotel
Negatives:
Breakfast was ok, some days only apples were available as a fruit option.
Breakfast got very busy with not enough seating availability even though hotel could of got more seats in.
People at times had to stand to eat breakfast.
House keeping although they came into room didn't re stock toilet roll, soap!
Would empty bins but not put new bags in.
Spoke to reception one day about this and they got onto house keeping immediately, house keeping never brought our items and 45 minutes later we had to contact reception again!
Windows let a bad draft in so kids were cold going to bed, had to get extra bedding for them.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had to ask for a mattress topper for the children

Very comfortable and spacious for family of 4. Kids loved the spacious place and kitchen was equipped with minimum requirements. Staff was very cooperative and guided us all the way.
Location of hotel is convinient, newyork is a stop away.

Kitchen should have more cooking utensils.

Positives:
Excellent location near to the light rail and Path subway also the river is so close by. Room was exceptional in size and style.Breakfast was great,buffet style but with plenty of options for all.
Negatives:
Nothing it was all great, people complain about the light railway noise but this all adds to being in America.

Great hotel,great location and going...
Positives:
Directly in front of Path train entrance. Fantastic breakfast with amazing view of the City. Fast room service. Reasonably priced. Beds and pillows were comfy. Very clean. There is a small park directly in front of the hotel which was perfect for our needs that day.
Negatives:
We asked for early check in if possible and the woman at the counter took my phone number and said I'd get an email or text when a room opened up. I never got one and I called a few hours later and that's when they told me it was ready. We were waiting with a young child and suitcases with family that had arrived from out of the county. It would've been nice to get that text or email.
