the roof terrace and the restaurant were really nice and the kitchen was good.
Negatives:
As a guest, I don't expect to have to eat my breakfast from plastic dishes and clear my own dishes. I find that very disconcerting. Then I didn't understand why RoomService only comes every 3 days and why I couldn't order food to my room although there is a restaurant in the house

The rooftop restaurant is great. Wonderful views. The terrace is great for events. Needs a little bit of music and some life. It was a bit of a ghost town and I was coming to their property for an event.
Negatives:
The reception is on the 13th floor. So you to enter the building and take the elevator to the Terrace floor and check in there. Other than that floor it is a ghost town. There aren’t any staff anywhere.

Positives:
Location is extremely convenient for anyone traveling to NY and New Jersey. The view towards the hudson river is spectacular. The rooms are so tidy and clean. Reception is on the top floor that is a great service offerings right after check in.
Negatives:
No room service. Sometimes room services help a lot by relaxing and have food ordered in the room. They need some staffs to do that job.
