Location is great. Staff is helpful and friendly and polite. Access to public transportation is excellent. Breakfast is busy and average quality.
Negatives:
Cleanliness is very poor, room is dirty, hair on the table, pieces of food under the sofa, carpet was vacuumed some time in the past year.
They announce house keeping every other day, but seem this is very very other day.
Not Hyatt standards definitely.

Quite expensive additional cleaning fee! It is duly specified in Booking, however the cleaning is not so well done, so it’s not worth.
The room is dark, the clock was wrong (I set it right myself) and the frigobar is very noisy (I turned it off during my stay).
My room was the number 239: ugly view to some loud generators and in front of the Staff Room (I heard slamming doors the entire time I was in the room, including during the nights).
The recepcionist at the lobby (TR) is not so welcoming, she’s just interested in charging your credit card and giving you the room key impatiently.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Same items everyday. The tables’ disposition is weird and it changes a lot. You never know where to eat your breakfast.

Spotless, very comfortable, extremely convenient location.
Negatives:
Too expensive. Also, hotel staff allowed a wedding party to take photos in front of the guest elevator, blocking it from use. Breakfast wasn’t good.
