Positives: The room was modern decor with a small kitchen and sitting area separate from the sleeping area which was perfect. Over looking the square and the hustle and bustle of the city made it more exciting. The staff were very kind and attentive. Finishing the night off with a drink at the roof top bar over looking the world trade center was picturesque. The included breakfast was a good way to start the day.

Positives: The hotel was really comfortable and spacious and the staff delightful. The roof terrace bar/restaurant has stunning views and the hotel is in a perfect location being beside the PATH transit link for Manhattan. It is so quick and easy to get to Manhattan, we wish we’d stayed here for our entire trip.

Positives: Location is awesome and i always stay in Hyatt properties but Jersey City Location has a terrible customer service.

Negatives: Front desk named Mila is one of the reason Hyatt House Jersey city Location made our stay horrible. I booked using a third party and Mila make it sound like it is an issue and she did not check us in correctly that we had to reactivate our room key the next day. We had a hard time checking in coz she said we use a third party.
