location was right where I wanted to be.

Room was on the train track and at the entrance to the hotel. Room 210. every 15 min the train would ring a loud bell and people would get on and off the train and the later it was the more yelling. The toilet had mold in it so I gave up and spent the night in the lobby until I was flying out. The hotel staff at the front desk was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome

The location, the staff, the breakfast and the room were very good.
Negatives:
The windows of the room were not very sound proof so the street noise was loud. The breakfast room was to small für the amount of people so it was not easy to find a table.

The family room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Friendly staff. The location was excellent. We arrived by car and were able to easily park it across from the hotel for USD 27 per night using an arrangement with the hotel. Travelling to Manhattan was also very easy, the PATH train stop is right across from the hotel and takes around 10 mins / 1 stop to the WTC in Manhattan. Gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline from the rooftop bar / breakfast room. Rooftop Bar has lovely outdoor seating area - nice atmosphere.
Negatives:
The breakfast was ok but not great. Expected more for the money. Rubbery eggs, terrible bread, sweetened cereal & yoghurt. Coffee served only in paper cups so got cold quickly. Maybe also ask for a higher floor when booking, as we were on the 4th floor above the garbage bin collection area of the hotel, and were woken up early with the noise.
