Negatives: I didn't like the facility. We got off the plane in the middle of the night and arrived at the hotel and the guy working at the reservations asked for an extra fee for our two cats. However, there was no extra fee on booking.com. When I brought this up, he threatened to call the police. We were not allowed into the hotel because we didn't pay the extra 75 USD for our cats. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. They canceled the reservation with the code 102529948. We had this bad experience, don't let yourself go. If you love animals, don't go to this hotel.
