Positives:
The room we had was more like a small apartment. Spacious, separate bedroom, kitchen with large kitchen table, and a comfortable sleeping sofa. Since we arrived by car, the convenience of a (paid) secure parking lot outweigh the short extra travel time to Manhattan. The nearby mall, several coffee places and beer garden were convenient extras. Definitely would pick again if travel to NYC by car.
Negatives:
When visiting NYC, you have to consider some extra travel time to walk to a PATH station and ride the train under the Hudson. Only thing I would like the property would have is free coffee and hot water in the lobby.

Negatives:
The receptionist lady that was there during the night wasn’t the most hospitable. She’d make us wait for her at the reception for 20-30 mins because she had “other work” to do. I think that that’s unacceptable. Customers should come first. We are paying money to stay there.
Besides that lady, the rest of the staff were great.
The utensil provided weren’t enough. No pots and pans were provided which can be inconvenient.
Overall, great place! Location was perfect.

Positives:
Great location for a quick commute to Manhattan. You can take the Path train to WTC or midtown and connect with different subways. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Room was clean. They had laundry facilities to use for free (you only need to pay for detergent or bring your own).
Negatives:
You could hear the tram really close during early hours in the morning. It was not super loud but might be a problem for a light sleeper. I have earplugs so not an big issue.
