Positives: Everything in the check in/out process was smooth. Bed extra comfortable, room was clean with a lot of space and all the essentials. Location is perfect being at 15 from wtc and 30 from 33rd street using the PATH. Excellent value for money

Positives: Easy to acces by path and safe place. Confortable room with a separate bedroom. Apprciable to have fresh, renew room. Laundry is practical.

Negatives: Not enough kitchen equipment (not enough table set..). Hopefully kitchen on demand help. But a check before customer check-in is expected in regard of the price we paid for a full equipped room. Several issue with toilet, the technician respond quickly. Wake up early morning due to customer on next room, wall are too thin or customer noisy? I will appreciate to have the bed on sofa done at our arrival, I don't know who like to do it when arriving late with kids?
