It was clean.

Although the hotel had empty rooms we were put in a room overlooking two of their roofs and the parking lot.
The food was awful and didn’t get replenished. I asked for a muffin and I was told they couldn’t put any more out then. I had to wait an hour.
The front desk staff seemed clueless. Not one smile. Totally distracted. One was counting change for 5 minutes while we waited to check in.
We were supposed to get room service after two days. We asked for new towels and for our trash to be taken away. They never came. We asked for it to be done the following day. They never came. No new towels our entire stay. Our trash was littering our floor because there was no more room in the two trash cans.
And the bags in the trash cans in the breakfast area weren’t taken out once during the breakfast period. So they too were overflowing when I arrived for breakfast.
Nothing was replenished so the creamers for coffee were empty.

Positives:
Everything was wonderful, even the breakfast , location of my room because am a smoker and my mother was will me it was less walking to the car cause we parked next to the exit where the room was located so that was a plus for me.
Negatives:
I stayed in room 149. The complaint I had was the water pusher, which was low in the sink, and the shower water was luke warm. Please have that fix so the next person will not have to go through that.

Our room was clean and comfy. The hygiene products were convenient and smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was fresh and hit the spot. The entire facility was very clean. The price was an affordable option to NYC accommodations and super convenient to shopping and dining.
Negatives:
Night staff was a bit abrupt, his customer service was poor. We went to grab snacks and again he made us feel as though we were imposing on him. When we checked in the staff explained nothing just suddenly told me to insert my card. We had a bit of luggage and requested a cart and again staff was dismissive and no cart was available.
