Everything. Where to begin, no restaurant, hot tub was filled in with dirt and plants, pool was dirty, shower was dirty, shower floor had mold inside and outside, mattress was stained, pillows were flat, bed sheet didn’t fit mattress so kept coming off, chair had stains, floor had stains, chair’s pillows smelled musty, room smelled musty, no do not disturb sign. Place looked like they tried to update it on a budget, and then opted for a good photographer instead.

The overwhelming smell of weed in the hallway as I walked back and forth to my room. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I had a great time and it was very different now it seems like its going down. I don't intend on returning.

I liked the customer service. The indoor pool. The beds were really comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that there was a cockroach in the bathroom and the remote didn't work. But the problem was handled immediately by the staff.

Can't think of anything I liked. This hotel never lives up to its potential. It's exceedingly convenient to friends and family I often visit.
Negatives:
The hotel feels like its been abandoned by its owners and managers. Carpets are dirty and stained. The shower and bath have rust and mildew stains. Upholstery is stained. And that's just the beginning. My understanding is that the hotel is closing in coming months. Shut the doors now. It's not fair to have guests pay for this type of accommodation.
