I was very dissatisfied with how poorly kept this hotel was. Its photos online seem spectacular but as you walk into the establishment you quickly realize they are not up to par. The hotel room was not decorated for my birthday as expected. The bathroom looked old and poorly kept as if from early 2000. It was simply not up to my standards. The TV in the room was small -- maybe 18 inches. Its location was prime seeing how many restaurants and activities were close by but I would never stay at this hotel again. If you're looking for a local getaway... look somewhere else. The pool was gross. It's clear it hasn't been renovated or properly cleaned in a while. The jacuzzi has been repurposed for their plants. That was bizarre. I was truly disappointed by my stay. Not as sexy as the photos make it seem. Do better, friends.

Requested a room with a shower and couldn't be accommodated. The tub was dingy, the soap dish was chipped. There was leftover hair & Nats stuck to the bathroom ceiling in the shower which was icky. The tables were stained, dull & dirty. Also, the only parking was in the back but the back door card reader doesn't work so you'll have to walk all the way back around to the front which was the worst inconvenience, especially for a woman at night. Totally unacceptable. They came to clean my room at 8 am but luckily the latch was on. That was weird & uncomfortable imagine if it wasn't on and I was in there sleep only to wake up to strangers in the room 3 hours before check out or even naked.... Not okay. Never again!
