The quietness of the sleeping rooms. Never heard other people or TVs from adjoining rooms. Clean comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Extremely noisy women’s group taking over Sunday breakfast. They were of course entitled to breakfast but we just happened to be there when they were. Food was mostly gone too. Other days (3) were very enjoyable breakfasts.

They promised two queen sized beds in our room but the beds were doubles, not queens. I contacted the guest services desk regarding this issue and they said that those beds are what your hotel considers queen size. They said that a smaller bed would be a twin and a bigger bed a king. I explained that there are 4 standard sizes for beds in North America: twin (smallest), double, queen and king (biggest). They repeated that for your hotel, they called our beds queens even though they were smaller than standard queens. I felt very betrayed by this since I had specifically chosen this hotel because they were offering 2 QUEEN sized beds in our room!

Very reasonable in price. staff was nice, location for my tours were not far away. Breakfast was convenient for me( I'm on dietary restrictions) but for the rest of my family they enjoyed it. I also like being able to have a cup of tea whenever I want.
Negatives:
The bed wasn't comfortable, I was having back pain, I could have used a jacuzzi, but there wasn't one.
