Positives: The hotels location was great for seeing family in Mahwah NJ. Also, the staff were very nice.

Negatives: The ice machine was out of order the last 3 days we were there. Rooms are very clean but a little worn out. Needs a little updating. It didnt bother us because we were only in our room to sleep.

Negatives: The first room I had there was a horrible chemical smell and strong odor of cigarettes and pot. I was moved to another room. No phone or clock in this room. I complained and they brought then after two hour. No refrigerator which I counted on.
