The hotels location was great for seeing family in Mahwah NJ. Also, the staff were very nice.

The ice machine was out of order the last 3 days we were there. Rooms are very clean but a little worn out. Needs a little updating. It didnt bother us because we were only in our room to sleep.

The first room I had there was a horrible chemical smell and strong odor of cigarettes and pot. I was moved to another room. No phone or clock in this room. I complained and they brought then after two hour. No refrigerator which I counted on.

The hotel was in a great location for the activities we had planned for the area. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The room was clean but there were maintenance issues. The flooring was buckling as it was laminate planks. The ceiling tiles above the toilet looked like there had been a leak and were discolored. The last night of our stay a cockroach was on the door.
