Positives:
Both the staff members that we met with were kind and efficient. The hotel staff is so lovely.
Negatives:
The room we stayed in was fine, the bed was a bit old. The room could use a bit of updating. there was a plug in a lamp that was missing.

The room smelled of urine pretty badly!! There were also some flying insects that were slightly annoying.

It was dishonestly represented as for handicapped adult. tnere is no [;ug to hold water in bath tub. Coffee in the iffice could not be reached as office locked close from 6:: to ten in morning. Occupant had to find a key to open a room that had towels.
