Positives:
Didn’t like how they were lots of stairs and no elevator no parking had to park far away was such a hassle
Negatives:
The biggest thing was my son was using the bathroom and there was a bug on the toilet paper roll that bit him and when I went to open the sheets there were black dirt marks everywhere called down to front seat was hung up on several times they would pick the phone up and hang up with out words exchanged also the toilets didn’t no flush properly and the room smelled horrible not to mention people up smoking weed all night we tried to access the pool and it was locked everyone was upset we couldn’t get in and I had to walk pretty far just to get breakfast and coffee that was horrible over all was not happy and will never stay again also will be giving a bad review on this place and customer service was horrible we had to walk down and grab sheets and towels that should have already been cleaned when we arrived also no mangers or boss after 5 pm is crazy
