Terrific location. Easy to get to highways. Reception area staff were friendly and very hard-working.
Negatives:
FIX the WASHING MACHINES and the DRYERS. The biggest issue for me was when I wanted to wash a week's worth of laundry AND only 1 of 5 dryers were working. THERE was no advance notice that the laundry facilities were so BROKEN.

I called to confirm when I can check in just for them to make me drive to another hotel saying i was transferred (without any notice) then when i arrived to the other hotel they also were not notified and had no rooms. just for me to have to drive back to them for them to tell me my room is ready. no one has reached out to accommodate me and when you text staff it keeps saying out of office.
