This place needs upgrading big time. From the outside it looks like a palace, inside the lobby and restaurant bar its nice. The hallways, elevators, rooms are all way below average in my opinion. The bathroom door in my room was broken. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they sent someone up right away to fix it which was nice but they didnt fix it at all. When you closed the door, the top stayed open about 3 and then it slowly tapered away to the bottom of the door. The beds were a little on the smaller side. The bathrooms were gross and outdated. The shower head/water pressure was awful. The one elevator was broken. Very strange little place they have there. No breakfast in the morning besides the little cafe in the lobby which was like a bad attempt at a Starbucks but just as expensive.

Really old hotel, with an obvious facelift and some improvements, but it is clear that we were is a 30+ year old hotel. Staff was great at the front desk and very friendly, which I know is probably the toughest obstacle to overcome these days, so well done!
