Negatives:
I booked two rooms for 4 guests in each. There was not enough towel in one room and there was not enough bedding in any of the rooms. When requested, the staff gave us only partial bedding, I had to go back and ask for sheets and pillows. I had to put pillowcase on. Blankets were dingy looking and bleach stained. (not very welcoming).
There was no breakfast available at 7:30 am, nothing, only coffee. No muffins, no oatmeal, no bars. Only the empty basket.

Positives:
The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was very neat & clean upon arrival.
Negatives:
The room had a kitchen area but there were NO plates, cups, utensils, etc. No sponges to clean with. I have never stayed in a room with a kitchen that did NOT supply the needed items. Paper plates & disposable utensils would have been a great plus.
Also, There were 3 adults in our room. We were only given 2 washcloths & 2 hand towels. (There were enough bath towels.)

Positives:
The hotel seemed to be short staffed. Check in was slow but they were working very hard to get everyone situated. They were pleasant even when they were being yelled at by one of the guests.
Negatives:
This hotel takes dogs. I am allergic to dogs. I asked if there were any rooms available to accommodate me, rooms that didn't recently have any dogs in them. The answer was no. Most places I stay do actually have rooms set aside for allergic people. I was on a tight time line and didn't have the time to rearrange a new hotel. I wrote a comment during the reservation process pertaining to this and it fell upon deaf ears. From now on I will make sure that I only stay in places that do not allow dogs. So I felt less important than a dog. Also I had to pay a deposit, hopefully that wasn't for having a dog.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the doors. The location was great for what we came into town for. The room had everything we needed and I loved how cold the AC got!
Negatives:
Clearly this place is a little dated. There’s some wear and tear in the room but it wasn’t bad enough that it ruined our stay. For example, the remote for the tv was taped up and had seen better days but it still worked. The bathroom door got caught on the floor making it hard to open/close but again, we could still use it. Nothing seriously enough to make us hate the stay.
