The hot water dispenser had bits of plastic in it, even after the staff cleaned it and replaced the water. I think the hot water was to hot for the container.

The front desk stay gave someone whose name wasnt associated with my reservation AT ALL, a key to my room without my permission. When I called downstairs to ask why this was done, the gentleman at the desk informed me that the guy he gave the key to was my boyfriend as if he knew me.

This is not a safe place for a solo, female traveler. Easily could be sex traffic at this location.

The staff and the hotel itself were good and I enjoyed my room as well as its decor.
Negatives:
The ONE inconvenience was that there was no ironing board in my room and I didn't notice until it was too late. I had to iron on the bed which was very uncomfortable and not good on my back.
